LEO Tester Return and Replacement Policy

LEO Tester Shelf Life is 12 months from the production date and we guarantee that your order will have at least 4 months of shelf life from delivery date.

Because LEO Testers are used for allergy testing, we cannot accept returns after they have been shipped. All sales are final. This policy ensures every tester delivered to our customers remains new, safe, and uncontaminated.

Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality and reliability of every LEO Tester if purchased in the last six (6) months and up to 4 months past the listed expiration date that meets any of the following conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement or credit:

  • No E or O line appears after testing

  • The buffer solution leakage was found when package opened

To request a replacement, please:

  1. Scan the test through the LeoMyFood App if possible

  2. Email help@leoverified.com with photos and details showing the issue

Replacements will only be considered when supported by a screen shot of the App reply and/or full documentation showing that the tester did not function as designed.
We cannot provide replacements for ordering errors, incorrect test use, or incomplete reports. Approved defective testers will receive credit toward a future purchase.

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@leoverified.com within seven (7) days of delivery or expected delivery.
For damage claims, include photos of the damaged package and product. For lost packages, provide your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
