I’m Leo Chen, the founder of LEO Verification Systems.
Before I started LEO, I spent many years working in biosensor and disease research. But what truly moved me to focus on food safety and gluten detection were the stories I heard from parents. My own
child has an allergy to wheat, and my wife has started a gluten free bakery to serve families with delicious treats that they miss on a gluten free diet.
One mom told me about her child who spent the whole night in pain after accidentally eating something unsafe at school. A dad shared how every family trip starts with days of worry about what his child can safely eat. And many parents have told me how their kids sometimes feel left out because of strict diets. These stories really hit home. They reminded me that LEO isn’t just about technology, it's about peace of mind and protecting what matters most: our loved ones.
