All testing in this report was conducted on May 6 & 7, 2025. Testing was completed in two separate labs using the same batch of products for each test. The products were tested using both the Elisa Demeditec Gliadin/Gluten Testing System and the LEO Testing System with the provided swab, then analyzed through the LeoMYFood App. With the test findings compiled together into this report on May 14, 2025.
